How do I copy my Tracked Changes?

I need to copy marked-up text from Writer to Calc with all of the tracked changes in tact. Each time I copy, (and I’ve already tried copying with Track Changes both turned on and off in Writer) it only pastes the corrected text into the spreadsheet. I have to log all errors in this spreadsheet, so I must be able to show the mark-up. How do I do this?

You can’t copy Writer tracked changes to Calc tracked changes (or vice versa).
