LibreOffice doesn't launch

So it happens second time, that whenever i launch LibreOffice or its application it starts LibreOffice.exe and Libreoffice.bin processes (together with an application process), but the program doesn’t appear on my screen, yet one of the processes heavily uses my CPU (at 30-35%) . The first time i reinstalled the program and it worked for some time, but now it happens again. Trying to run Writer in safemode, doesn’t work either. How to stop this problem from happening again?

System - Windows 10 Home (with creators update) 64 bit.
I am trying to work with 64 bit version (newest) of LibreOffice.

I can only tell what I would do with my Linux installation:

start the program in question on a command line!

By default many programs print error messages on console, where you can examine if there is which problem.
