I would like to make a copy of an existing Form giving it a new name. Many of the functions in the original form can then be used in the modified new one. Currently any copy-as creates an external file. Is it possible to do this?

Do this from the main .odb form. In the 'Forms' section, right click the form name & select 'Copy'. Then where you want the new copy (whether this Base file or another) right click in 'Forms' section & select 'Paste'. This will bring up an 'Insert as' box for you to enter the new form name. Select 'Done' and copy is complete.

Thank you very much. That was too easy. I looked everywhere but the obvious. Thanks again.
