Blue screen stop 0x00000009 libre office 4 writer

I am using 64 bit windows 7 and I just installed Libre office 4.0
I got a blue screen stop 0x00000009 when I clicked on “website” in the “about libre office” window accessed from the help menu when using a .docx file that had been created by microsoft office. The browser was Firefox 18.

I am wondering if I should use system restore to undo the installation, as far as I can tell libre office itself seems to work. I am not clear if the stop was caused by libre office bug or firefox. A minidump was saved.

I’m not sure I know enough about what happened during the crash to figure out what caused it, but please go ahead and file a bug about this problem. The QA team will be happy to take a look at this issue and try to figure out if this was a crash in LO.

Is the crash reproducible?
