Hi everyone! How to revert back to notebook layout after choosing compact menu layout in Writer 5.4?

I assume you are talking about Groupedbar - Compact? Then you need to click to a button with four horizontal lines in the rightmost group (“Tools”), and main menu should toggle, where you may choose another layout in View submenu.
