I just updated to 5.4.0.3. OS is OS 10.12 (Sierra). I set portrait mode under Format menu. When I view it in Print Preview the orientation is correct, but when I view it in Print, the output is in landscape with the image truncated. This occurs with two printers.
There seems to be a problem with printing on a Mac. For workarounds read https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=92190. There exists some duplicate bug reports, e.g.: 110461 and 110744. There was recently a mail on the mailing list, that the problem is solved in Version: 5.4.0.3 Build ID: 7556cbc6811c9d992f4064ab9287069087d7f62c. Please add your exact version from Help > About. Do you use a version provided by The Document Foundation?
