I have cleared my machine, restarted it, no result. I have a reasonably fast machine, running W 7. I have Gigabyte MB, 16 gig of DDR RAm, 3.5 Ghrtz six core processor. I can run 3D graphics or Photoshop etc. I have no other issues other than your program won’t install.
Maybe your voice recognition software is non-functional, and you need to double-click the installer using mouse?
