install gdebi

Gdebi won’t install. In terminal fred@fred-260-p026:~$ sudo apt-get install gdebi
I get this :

gdebi is already the newest version (0.9.5.7+nmu1).

Have 17.04 on HP computer

gdebi is an installer for Linux systems. This has nothing to do with LO. Your message states it is already installed. If you are having problems with gdebi or its use, go to the forum for your operating system.
