Y Error Bar Dialog defective in LibreOffice Calc 4

I have been using LibreOffice for a long time - since the early open office days. I’ve always been happy with the user experience.

I just upgraded to LO4 - generally it has been good but I cannot insert Y error bars into my graphs in Calc via the “Cell Range” radio button.

In the past, I simply selected the range of cells using the button to the right of the range field - now, clicking the button does not bring up the appropriate dialog box. It doesn’t do anything.

If I type in the appropriate range, the error bars come up. I just miss being able to select the range of cells - much easier sometimes.

I’m using Windows 7 32-bit.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Thanks

@lifesciguy – first, let’s get you some karma so you can post comments…

qubit thwaps you with his karma bat

There…that should do it

@lifesciguy – Hmm… what you’re describing sounds like it could be a regression. I haven’t used the advanced graphing capabilities in LO in a while…

If you haven’t received an answer in a day or so, please file a bug about this problem. The QA team will be happy to help you track down this issue and let you know if this is a regression, if the interface has just changed, or what!

Thanks!
