Link to External Data doesn't fetch data!

I try to fetch rates from my bank web site but Calc always fails

• In case I choose “HTML_tables” I get

  The link could not be updated.

• In case I choose “HTML_all” I get all web page content except the rates table!

How can I get the rates table?
