Wish to select a column (in a Calc spreadsheet) of length 10, say, E10 through E19, and populate it with integer values from a specified interval of a uniform distribution.

From the menu, I select Insert > function to bring up a box, under "category" I select "statistical", but there does not appear to be a uniform distribution available.

Thanks! Much appreciated. Kept looking for "Fill" but could not find it.

Select the range, then go >'Sheet' > 'Fill Cells' > 'Random Number...' and be happy with the plethora of offers.

(In olöder versions ''Fill' was under 'Edit'.)
