How I can scale(increase) font size for all character in one document, a simple way rather than change every styles. But keep the proportion still.

Reason, I want the document look better in kindle.

All your styles are substyles of the "Default" style (switch to hierarchical style view to see that). So let's say you define base size of 12pt in "Default" style and your other styles have percentage sizes, such as 100%, 96.5% or 112%. Headings use this by default, so take a look at these first.

And boom, you already have it.
