I encounter a #REF! error using libre office Version: 4.1.6.2 using the formula below.
=VLOOKUP($D$2,INDIRECT($D3&"_Sales"),2,0)

What is $D3&"_Sales"? It is expected to be a reference in A1 style (because an optional second arg to INDIRECT is missing). It could be a named range’s name, of course. But as you don’t attach a test sample, and even don’t tell what is there in D3, it’s impossible to check.
