Calc prints cells that go into the cell below

I have a document that looks perfectly fine in Calc, and even when I view it in print preview. When I print it to a printer, however, cells that have a lot of text vertically will go into the next cell below it and even print over top of other letters. I can manually re-size the cells, but since print preview shows everything to be fine, I never know how much to increase the size by. Has anyone encountered this before?

May be you can try to tick ToolsOptionsCalcGeneralUse printer metrics for text formatting.

Specifies that printer metrics are applied for printing and also for formatting the display on the screen. If this box is not checked, a printer independent layout will be used for screen display and printing.

Thank you! I'm not really sure why that was disabled by default, it seems like it causes more problems. But the files are printing properly now!
