how to cut page 2 or other blank pages?
Your pages seem to be part of a Writer document. Empty pages signal left pages without content; LibreOffice “likes” to print on both sides of real paper. Especially if generating Mail Merge with only one page content. Libre counts the blank pages as you can see in the status bar. It is built in. The empty pages only can be seen in book mode. The help system says:

In book mode view layout you see two pages side by side as in an open book. The first page is a right page with an odd page number.
You could “cut” the blank page by deleting the page break. The result will be an altered layout, which often is not desired (think about Mail Merge).
What you can do is to ignore the blank pages while printing: print dialog, LO Writer, Pages / automatically (unselect; this is default). And to use other view modes…
