I have created an enterprise database with forms, but cannot install libreoffice on all computers across the company.
Is there a way of converting the forms to something based on HTML/Javascript? If not, is there a project working on something like this I can contribute to? This would be a game changer for many small businesses.
The project to make web-based front-end for LibreOffice is called LibreOffice Online, and it is active within TDF. Currently, Writer, Calc, and Impress are usable with it. But I don’t know of any activity within it related to Base. You could join developers community at #libreoffice-dev (FreeNode), and get more information first-hand there, and possibly suggest your help in this.
