AFAIK there is no option for that (except for the option that the printer driver can provide for color management)

A workaround might be to create a "print" sheet with the data but no background.

A quick way to achieve this:

  • select all data
  • click in the Name Box (left of formula bar) and type (eg) dataEnter (this creates a "name" for the range)
  • insert a new sheet, in A1 type =data and validate by Ctrl+Shift+Enter
