I have a mail merge document from a db, is there any way to print all the records continuous rather than printing a new page for each record?
TIA (thank you in advance)

You need to create the style of the first paragraph similar to that:
Text Body 2 (as a copy of Text Body)
Apply via Menu Format → Paragraph properties: [x] page break
All other paragraphs should be related on other styles.
Before you print out on paper you should print out as one odt file.
FIND & REPLACE: In this file FIND ALL STYLES Text Body 2 (all first paragraphs are selected) and alter the paragraph properties in “no page break”. The entire text should get adjacent now.
Nice idea, then it’s like How can I insert (or remove) page breaks throughout a document via search and replace?.
Took me a minute to get back to this, thank you for your reply. I am looking at format>paragraph and do not see where to indicate that there is ‘no page break.’ Sorry, but could you tell me where I will find this under format paragraph?
Thank you
