line numbers and title [closed]
I am adding line numbers, yet it is counting the title as part of the writing. Is there a way where it doesn't count the title as part of the writing? Thanks.

Either with a right click on the paragraph (direct formatting) or by editing the paragraph style used for the title, you'll find on the Outline and Numbering tab a check box to count that paragraph on the line numbering: just uncheck it.

Great! I did solve my problem. I selected the title and removed it from line numbering. Thanks for your time and patience.

Wiki posts may seem a modest way of posting. They aren't recommendable, imo.
-1- You will never get the "karma" needed for many kinds of activities here.
-2- You are anonymous. Not a good idea. Helpers also use some kind of identifyer.
-3- Experienced users with enough "karma" can edit your posts anyway.
