The menu bar in Writer and Calc is “crunched” up and does not show the various menu title names. Also in order to get the menu icons to activate the mouse pointer needs to be offset below the icon or menu item to activate the command. When opened in Safe Mode everything shows up and works correctly. This HP laptop computer is operating Windows 10. On two other Windows 10 machines everything is normal.
