In Calc, how can I customize the captions added by Data->Subtotals, e.g. change "Result" to "Subtotal" and change "Grand Total" to "Total"?

The subtotals feature calculates the subtotals of categories and adds a caption (in my case “Result”) and the subtotal. Now I want to change the automatically generated caption “Result” to an arbitrary string.
