I have Libre Office and installed the update 5.4 and I now get a window The Program cannot be started
the Service Manager is not available. I even gave a donation.
It has been rectified. A tip to Libre Office may be to place in this particular window

Could add MAY TAKE UP TO 24 HOURS TO COME INTO EFFECT.
Have used Libre Office for 3 yrs. now, they are great. Glad to donate… LLOYD
