Can somebody help - my Push Button has disappeared from the Form Control in Libre Base
Are there any other controls missing? How small is the form? Is the Form Controls toolbar docked & where or is it floating? More info & it would have been nice to see image but you posted as Wiki. Don’t post as Wiki! And please don’t use all caps - it’s like yelling.
Only the Push Button has disappeared. Somehow I clicked on it and it disappeared.

Don’t know how you expect answer when you don’t provide information. Asked multiple questions and only got answer to one. Also you haven’t stated your OS or what LO you are using. Regardless, here are some things to look at.
Start with Base file opened. First check if OpenGL is on. From The menu select Tools->Options then LibreOffice->View. Make sure Use OpenGL for all rendering is not checked & click OK. If it was checked, close ALL LO files & reopen Base file. Check for Push Button. If not checked, open a form. From menu select Tools->Customize. On the Toolbars tab at the Toolbars dropdown select Form Controls. Scroll down Toolbar Content & make sure Push Button is selected.
If no success thus far, in form edit mode, right mouse click on the Forms Control toolbar handle (five dots at start of toolbar) and see if Push Button is available.
