That about says it. I can copy a sheet to a new document or the same document but if I try and copy to an existing document it crashes and closes.

Thank goodness for the recovery function.

I thought it might be because the original document (being copied to) was in xls format but i converted to ods and same problem.

The original opens with a macros warning (even thought i have tried to delete all of them) and security has macros disabled.....if this would have any effect.

Any clues?

I have s.thing similar. Ubuntu 12.04, LO Version 4.0.0.3. An initially MS excell generated file was saved as .ods, than manipulated : created some graphs. I wished to copy paste these graphs into an LO writer document ... At Ctrl-C of the graph, the LO crashes. This was reproducable many times. No sollution found ...yet.

Hi @V... and @Gyorgy,

It sounds like you're already using our latest LO release, so if you are experiencing a crash, please file a bug and provide a list of steps that can reproduce your problem. Please attach any relevant source files to the bug report.

If you two think that you're seeing the same bug, please feel free to collaborate on the report -- the QA team will definitely appreciate your help!

Please post a link to any bugs you file in a comment below using the format "fdo#123456".
