How do I offer a template to the development team for inclusion in a future release of Libre Writer?

I have no idea what process is used to add new templates to Libre Writer but I noticed that the current release, 5.4.2.2, does not contain templates for Avery 6468 and Avery 15266 labels. I have created draft templates for both - they are drafts because I haven't tested them yet - and would like to offer them to the development team in case they might be useful to other Libre Writer users who also buy these labels.

I plan to test my templates in the next few days. It may take a few tweaks to get them just right but I think they're going to be pretty close to accurate since I've already printed a regular letter sized page with fake label content and the borders seem to line up quite well with the actual label sheets.

Can anyone tell me how I can reach the development team to offer them these two templates? I'm not looking for any money for my meagre efforts but it would be great to be credited somewhere :-)

Sorry for my belated response; it's been a crazy weekend!

I've never IRC'd in my life but I just installed a well-reviewed client called IRCXpro Messenger and launched it. I assume I have to supply some information in order to connect to the design team but I'm darned if I know what I need to do. Can you get me started or point me to the relevant information?
