Your description is a bit short to understand your need.

  1. Paper margin

In case you just want to change the no-print-area of your paper sheet, either open the page style you target or select Format->Page (this will target the current page style, often Default Style). Go to Page tab and set your margins here.

  2. Paragraph "margins"

You may want to align differently a single paragraph. Again, either open the paragraph style you target or select Format->Paragraph for the current paragraph. Go to Indents & Spacing tab and set the Indents: Before text is for the left paragraph "margin" (in left-to-right writing systems) and After text for the right paragraph "margin". The distance you set is added to the page margin for this paragraph only.
