I am referencing 2 Peter 1:19 in the Watchtower library’s Study Bible. The WT library makes liberal use of hyperlinks internally.
Insert>Hyperlink then select the type of link from the icons at left: internet, mail or document. In case of “document”, depending on source (LO, Word or others), you may be able to select a specific target (a bookmark or other “remarkable location”) inside the document.
Options are available to set the appearance of the link in the text.
