I have already tried to zip, unzip the document but the only data recovered are weird encoded scripts. Is someone able to help me? Thank you in anticipation.

When you open your damaged .odb file using an zip Archive Manager, then you should see there a file called "content.xml".
In that file are the Query definitions stored, between the tags <db:queries> and </db:queries>.
