How to add the single choice round selector?

I am having troubles finding a way to add the single choice round selector . Specifically I need the selector and I need to be able to write the option nearby ; anyway below I add an image to give a better Idea of what I am trying to accomplish , something like this:

I've not been able to find the single selection mode on Libreoffice as of today

It is generally called a Radio Button

I believe what you are asking is that only one item in the group be selected at a time. If so, this is done by giving each of the items the same Group name in the Option Button properties.
