I am new to Linux Mint and Libreoffice. I would like to use LO base but functions like creating reports are not working. When I press “create reports in design view”, nothing happens. I saw an old thread that apparently answered the same question someone else had but the links are broken and the answer seemed rather technical for a newbie like me. Is there a simple solution to get full functionality out of LO base?

What is the LO version? Some default installs are faulty. Possible need to upgrade to a more current version.
