I am running LO A bit disappointed with the changes that were made with the color palettes.

Is there a way to create a custom color palette that I can use across all of LO????

Thanks, Rich Ramik

Use an editor to write a color palette file. You can use the file standard.soc as pattern, but use a different name e.g corporate.soc. Copy this file to /user/config (only for you) or to share/palette/ (for all users). The structure of such files is really simple.

In case you do not like editing, get an older version of LibreOffice, perhaps a portable. Generate your color palette there and then copy the file to the similar place in your current LibreOffice.
