Sometimes ago, I used MS Office and there I had a feature called Word Art to beautify letters. Now I use LibreOffice completely. But I am missing that feature Word Art. I want to know how can I create letters with special effects in LO as they do in MS Office?

The feature is called Fontwork. You can read how to use it here. In a nutshell, you open the Fontwork toolbar from View -> Toolbar -> Fontwork, then click on "Fontwork gallery" and select the style you want. You can edit the text by doubleclicking it.
