No one is. Have been asking for this to be fixed. No response. No emails for months now.

What does the up arrow mean next to the comment?
Seems to be similar to up voting an answer but don’t think it actually does anything more than put a ‘1’ next to comment. Put in fairly recently but never explained anywhere.
