Anyone else have such issues?
I rebuilt the LO config. That seemed to help. Will check further in the next few days to see if i can tease out more details.

If the problem isn’t solved, then please file a bug report. First, if you are offered to send a crash report after the crash, then please do; take note of the URL of the crash report, and navigate to that address; on the crash report page, choose to file a bug for Writer, and fill in necessary information. This will allow to bind specific crash details to steps that lead to the crash.
This worked for me: Windows 10: in Search, type printmanagement.msc This will appear in ‘Best Match’ Click on it. In the page that opens, click File; Click Options. In the Disk Clean Up screen that appears, click Delete Files. Click OK,

We have just updated from 5.4.4 to 6.0.1.1 and we started to have constant crash on print Issues!
There were no such problems on 5.4.4
Sometimes it prints successfully if we reinstall the printer, but the problem returns shortly after.
We have a domain environment of Windows 7 (32 and 64 bit), the problem mostly occurs on 32-bit machines.
Bug reports should be done the way Mike said in his comments. Confirmation on this site wont have same effect as commenting on actual bug report. You’ll need to make a account on Bugzilla and your e-mail may be visible to others, use spear one but one you still check regularly.
Updated, but the problem persists. It may have to do with using documents created with an earlier version of LO.
Still looking into the issue. I’ll post again when i have something more concrete.
Update Feb 27,2018:
This seems to be linked to documents created with previous versions of LO. I made a new writer document similar to what i’ve created before. and have printed without LO crashing. (at least so far)
I often reuse an old document and re-save with a new name as most of the information and layout will remain the same. (price lists for customers)
Does anyone here know if there has been updates to the file format in writer for LO 6.x?
Update #2 Feb 27,2018:
Ok if I open and print a document created in LO 6.x first, it wont crash on print, nor will will documents created with previous versions of LO.
HOWEVER:
If I print a document created with previous versions of LO, in LO 6.x , it will crash on printing.
Others experiencing the same issue can you confirm this?

Same problem here (on win7 32 bit) with LO 6.0.1 and LO 6.0.2
All 6.x versions of LibreOffice up to the most recent 6.0.2.1 crash for me on print also. The job prints but only 1 copy before crash (windows 10 64)
