I was working with a makro in a document initially stored in that <document.ods>/VBAProject/Documentobjects/thisTable. Once I had reached a satisfactory state I copied it to MyMacros/Standard and deleted anything I could find in …Documentobjects/thisTable. I saved that version of document.ods. This document now is 3kB smaller. However when I reopen this document I still get the warning that it includes a macro. What else have I to do to get rid of that status?
I found a tedious way. Creating a new .ods, copying every table from the old document into the new one, doing more addaptions such as setting the document properties and table names… Not really attractive. Interestingly the copy created in this way is again 5kB smaller…
Please do not expect that terms are literally exact - I work with german settings and tried to guess what the corresponding englisch terms would be.

This is due to a module left in the document. From Menu go to Tools->Macros->Organize Macros->Libreoffice Basic.... There you will see:
a module still under Standard for the document. This one is named Module1. Now select the Organizer... button to get this screen:
Make sure it is highlighted, select the Delete button, close all dialogs then save your document. It should now open without the message.
@hkh VBAProject is a library. With the exception of Standard entire libraries can be deleted on the Libraries tab in Organizer dialog.

I find that my document has branches which I would like to delete. However the delete button is always greyed and so I can not delete these branches.
here you can see branches Standard and VBAProject both fully opened. In none of these branches or subbranches I find a macro (that is not surprising because I carefully deleted all of them).
The problem however is I cannot delete these branches resp. the subbranches…
