How to insert special characters using unicode for each system [closed]

It sounds like the keys used to insert special characters using the keyboard vary by system (Windows, Mac, Linux, etc.)

For each major system. I would like to know the keyboard sequences used before entering the unicode numbers.

for version V5.1 or higher. The shortcut Alt+X must be used immediately after entering the "hex" codepoint. Leading zeros may be omitted.
