When doing a newsletter, I’ve usually set up two columns. Sometimes I want to change back to one column and the dropdown menu already thinks that my two columns are a single column. If I try changing to two columns at that point, I end up with 4 columns.
What are trying to do? Section within section? (works for me) Splitting existing section? (don’t know how to do it) Adding new section at end? (works for me) Please describe in detail your procedure.
Do not set the columns in the page layout, but set columns in sections or frames (depending on the kind of layout you use).
