Try downloading again. You can download and check the checksum to ensure that there wasn’t a package delivery error in the download.
On Download LibreOffice | LibreOffice - Free Office Suite - Based on OpenOffice - Compatible with Microsoft click “Info” under the download button to see what the checksums are. You may need to install software on Windows to verify checksums; I don’t know.
I was getting continual download failures using the primary download page (Download LibreOffice | LibreOffice - Free Office Suite - Based on OpenOffice - Compatible with Microsoft) for the Win X86_64 file for Windows 10 64-bit. I switched to try a mirror site close to me and had no further problems.
