How freeze both (multiple number) of row and columns I want to freeze two or more top rows AND two or more columns ... this AND is in capital because my libre office keeps unfreezing the frozen row when i choose freeze first column and keeps unfreezing the frozen column when i choose freeze first row. So i cant freeze both top and bottom rows and cant freeze more than one it only allows for freezing the top first row. Please help I am trying to find a cheaper solution for college and we all know college students have no money.

Put your cursor on the uppermost and leftmost cell that you don't want frozen. So, if you want to freeze the first three rows (1, 2, and 3) and the leftmost two columns (A and B), put your cursor in cell C4. Select "View" > "Freeze Cells" > "Freeze Cells and Columns."

As an ammendment to @jaragon ans -The question mentioned freezing both top & bottom row. This can't be done as freezing. However you can do a split screen for the bottom row being displayed. You can split columns & rows so choose what is wanted. To just split top & bottom, select a cell in column A & a row where you want the split to occur. Then from menu select View->Split Window. Top & bottom scroll independently so you can always have bottom show last row(s). Selection again to turn off.
