Hi, We have attempted to download libre Office several times on
different days over several weeks. The file is downloaded to our
downloads folder. When we try to install we get so far when a message
comes up that the programme is on a CD/DVD please insert the disk
etc. We have tried copying the file from the laptop to a DVD but this
is also not recognised. We are running Windows 10 on a desktop
recently upgraded. Can you suggest what is wrong and a fix please
