PDF forms not allowed regarding PDF/A-3 specification.
Generation PDF files from Draw by keeping same naming nomenclature: (Object/Modify/Name) will be bound to the same PDF object by setting it’s name (/T attibute = Name) when exporting to avoid the usage of Annot/Widget object.
This procedure may be applied to all objects to be exported (Text, Image …).
The latest version of Ghostscript (9.23) won’t process PDF files integration annotations (no text displayed) for PDF/A generation.
