Just download and install the French language pack. All menus, dialogs and built-in help will be translated in French.

BTW, you didn't mention your OS. Some OSes, like Linux variants, provide a package system which greatly simplifies installation and update. See with your distro.

Installer for Windows includes all available UI languages (French among them); it automatically selects the UI language corresponding to OS language.
