Hi everyone. I just downloaded Version 6.0.3.2. Being fed up with Word, I still like certain features MS put into their program.
I set my default units to inches and yet, when I want to set the margins, the units are in cm. This is inconsistent and needs to be displayed in inches as well. How do I change that? Thanks.
What version of operating system are you using? What language is your LibO setup? What printer paper size have you set? Where have you set the default units to inches? By margin, do you mean the page style setting or the display ruler on the screen? The more precise the question, the easier it is to comment.
For example, the screen ruler is independent of the document settings. You can right click to change the units. The defaults metric or imperial are dependant on language setting, etc. My A4 printer is sized in cm, but I have my Writer layout on my Linux-Mint LibO (5.4, 6.0) in EN-GB set to imperial, the ruler imperial/point depending.
