I use LibreOffice in Linux Mint 18.3.

To try "notebookbar" feature I have enabled "Tools->Options->Advanced->Enable experemental features" and restarted office. After that I supposed to find menu "View->Toolbar layout". But still there is no "Toolbar layout" item.

Do I something wrong or maybe is there another way to enable "like ms office"-interface?

I think those experimental toolbar were introduced on 5.3, so you need to go for a newer LibO version: 5.1 is on "end of life" since late 2016.
