Add text before table at start of first page?

Hello, I have a table in writer that begins at the very start of the first page, how do I add text before it? I can’t seem to figure out how to do this…

Put cursor at the very beginning to the very first cell (in your case, just use Ctrl+Home), and simply press Enter.
