Writer: Underlining the tab after numbering

I face the following problem: I have a paragraph style with underlined characters, i also use this style as a heading to create my table of contents. I have setup the numbering character is followed by a tab stop and after the stab stop i can enter my text. The problem is that the Writer underlines the tab stop also which follows the the numbering character and it appears as the following

Α.___Goals

I have checked that the numbering characters in the style are not underlined, only the paragraph characters are underlined which i want

How do you configure your “numbering”? If it is part of chapter numbering, use style Heading n; if it is a numbered list, use some style associated to a list. In both case, you can format the number independently from the rest and tab is nt underlined.
