Offset last cell

yes i use offset for three cells but i would like to change that to have last three cells not first one

=SUM(OFFSET(Maps.C1;3;0;3;1))

Do you mean the three cells above the reference (this is done using negative values) or the last three cells of an unknown reference? (a.k.a. Maps.C1 is a single reference with an unknown number of rows following?)
