If .xls file is open by Libre - MS Excel can open it in full access mode (not read only). This is a big problem for us - too many users have to work with a few files - some works in MS Windows (MS Excel), others - in Ubuntu (Libre).

Any suggestions how can we resolve access problem? (except installing Libre in MS Windows PC)

If you want open in shared mode with both programs, I think there isn't option, because they have a different lock system to share files.
