Have tried downloading Office 6 update on website, have windows 10 want it for the writer. when I click on the ‘download’ button, it says at bottom ‘waiting for piwik documentfoundation.org…’ also sometimes says ‘waiting for syndication.twitter.com…’ or something like this. As it goes off very quickly. Can anyone explain why I can’t download this update please?
Downloading update probably means you have windows. Have you checked for viruses or worms? Waiting means you have connection problem. Have you contacted your ISP or system administrator?
