I have printed a letter - how do I print an envelope to go with it?

There are many answers for this already. Just enter envelope in search box above & press enter to see many results. There is also the LO documentation noted in right column under Resources on this sites main screen.
Here is one answer on the subject → can I print 6 X 9 envelopes?
Click Insert > Envelope from the Menu bar.
You will then see various options.

Toghter with the information on how to do this in LO, you should take notice of envelope areas that your national (and international) post service need for automatic scanning in their distribution centers.
